Can I cancel my subscription early to start a new package?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and sign up for a new package immediately.
Will I be refunded for unused time if I switch early?
Yes. If you start a new subscription before your old one ends, you will be refunded for the unused portion of your previous subscription. The refund is processed after you sign up for the new package.
How do I switch to a new subscription package?
Cancel your current subscription, then sign up for your preferred package. Contact support if you need help with the refund.
