If you paid with a credit card
Your credit card refund should be on your credit card account within 5 to 10 days.
Please note your refund may also be processed in the form of a reversal.
This happens if we send you the refund a very short time after you have paid us.
In the case of a reversal, you will not see a refund credit on your statement - you will just see your original payment disappear from your statement after a few days.
There will thus be no payment and no refund. It will appear as if the whole transaction never happened.
If you paid with Paypal
You should receive a PayPal email immediately after we have refunded your payment.
The amount should be in your PayPal account at the same time.
